The ORIGINAL VISION for Sungai Buloh Country Resort was laid down by Glomac in their Original Sales Brochures, Glomac's various Sales Flyers and articles in the press promoting the project. Residents and Lot Owners bought their properties based on a "Vision of Living" portrayed by Glomac and it was the goal of SBCRHA to work towards getting all these promises fulfilled. It was hoped that as more Residents and Lot Owners join us and our collective weight will bare more and more on Glomac and either through negotiation or legal action against Glomac the Vision will be realized.

SADLY THIS VISION HAS FAILED AND SUNGAI BULOH COUNTRY RESORT, AND IN MY OPINION AS AT 2017, IS A 'FAILED' DEVELOPMENT WITH NUMEROUS PROBLEMS MOST CONCERNING OF WHICH IS THE HIGH LEVEL OF BREAK-INS AND LACK OF SECURITY. VISIT SUNGAI BULOH COUNTRY RESORT AND MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE FROM GLOMAC. LOOK AT WHAT WE WERE PROMISED IN THE BROCHURE AND WHAT WE GOT, THEN LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN PROMISED AND MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE DETAIL IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT!

MINUTES BEFORE GOING TO FULL TRIAL; THE LEGAL CASE AGAINST AGAINST GLOMAC REACHED A SETTLEMENT BETWEEN GLOMAC ENTERPRISE SDN BHD AND THE 4 REMAINING DEFENDANTS ON 18th AUGUST, 2015. THIS WAS SETTLED ON SEPTEMBER 11th, 2015.
