The ORIGINAL VISION for Sungai Buloh Country Resort was laid down by Glomac in their Original Sales Brochures, Glomac's various Sales Flyers and articles in the press promoting the project. Like the article by Dato' Mohamed Mansor bin Fateh Din - Group Executive Chairman / Chief Executive Officer in the publication 'Corporate World, February 1996'.

Residents and Lot Owners bought their properties based on a "Vision of Living" portrayed by Glomac and it was the goal of SBCRHA to work towards getting all these promises fulfilled. It was hoped that as more Residents and Lot Owners join us and our collective weight will bare more and more on Glomac and either through negotiation or legal action against Glomac the Vision will be realized.

SADLY THIS VISION HAS FAILED AND SUNGAI BULOH COUNTRY RESORT, AND IN MY OPINION, AS AT 2018, IS A 'FAILED' GLOMAC DEVELOPMENT WITH NUMEROUS PROBLEMS MOST CONCERNING OF WHICH IS THE HIGH LEVEL OF BREAK-INS AND LACK OF SECURITY. VISIT SUNGAI BULOH COUNTRY RESORT YOURSELF AND MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE FROM GLOMAC BHD.

ALSO BE WARNED YOU WILL PROBABLY NOT BE BUYING FROM GLOMAC BHD, ALTHOUGH YOU MIGHT GET THAT IMPRESSION, YOU WILL BUY FROM ONE OF THEIR NUMEROUS SHELF COMPANIES ISOLATING GLOMAC BHD FROM ANY LIABILITY SHOULD THE DEVELOPMENT FAIL. THIS IS ALL PERFECTLY LEGAL THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE THIS LOOPHOLE.

LOOK AT WHAT WE WERE PROMISED IN THE BROCHURE AND WHAT WE GOT, THEN LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN PROMISED AND MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE DETAIL IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT!

IN THE JUDGES CHAMBERS, MINUTES BEFORE GOING TO FULL TRIAL ON 18th AUGUST 2015, A SETTLEMENT OFFER WAS MADE BY GLOMAC ENTERPRISE SDN BHD AND THE LEGAL CASE BETWEEN GLOMAC ENTERPRISE SDN BHD AND THE 4 REMAINING DEFENDANTS WAS WITHDRAWN. THIS SETTLEMENT WAS FINALIZED ON SEPTEMBER 11th, 2015.

THE DETAILS OF THE SETTLEMENT, PER THE SETTLEMENT TERMS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND CANNOT BE DISCLOSED.
